Rapsodo MLM2Pro Mobile Launch Monitor & Golf Simulator

Ordered the Rapsodo MLM2Pro Launch Monitor, came with a dozen free Callaway® RPT™ Chrome Soft X® Golf Balls, so fifteen in total - and also a five percent discount for my first order. Delivered via Fedex, so no stresses about Evri or Royal Mail losing it!!

Using this mostly as a garden set-up occasional range trip now, heres my thoughts on it.

1. Super accurate after update and set-up properly as in 8ft infront of ball and behind, I find chipping works so much better if the device is a few inches above the ball, i got a stand for it off etsy around £40 comes with a laser pointer built in works a treat and 3 point height adjustment. Worth it for sure. set it up right first time and youll have no stress or missreads, dont be a caveman and throw it down expecting it to work flawlessly.

2. Saves a fortune on range fees for someone who wants to practice reguarly. Ie. £12 for 100 balls at the range 4x a week averages to £192 a month. (currently hitting around 200-300 shots a 5x a week at home on my rapsodo and RPT balls) so I'll realistically getting my money back over range fees in in 4-5 weeks.

3. Using simspace home net and matt bundle I got for Xmas off Amazon, with it to, saves me so much time in my day not driving to the range to practice between rounds and its huge! iI have full confidence smashing full iron and wood shots into that thing, and the mat is Great!.

4. My friend is a GM at the local range with TopTracer and we both agreed the doppler tracking and ball/club data and flight on some shots was more accurate and reliable when used at an actual range than Toptracer.

5. Game improvement!!!!! as long as you practice good drills and understand your own golf shot/ shape and what to fix personally have seen a drastic improvement to my game, litteraly in just 2 weeks of owning this product, my ball contact and striking is super consistent between trips to the course now and im dominating all my friends.

6. Not had one connection issue so far and set uo is easy if you have a basic level of Tec-knowhow and make sure everything is updated to the latest firmware.

The biggest factor for me is money, if say you're hittin 150 wedge shots, 150 irons and 50 woods you will HANDS DOWN save a fortune compared to the range and improve far faster than you ever would without it. saving on time and conenience as a home set-up. Honestly id buy this product in heartbeat if it somehow broke which i doubt cus its build quality is mega. For the family individual this is great too as your not ditching the fam to go range but also not neglating training.

I genuinely havent experienced anything negative that i've read in the other comments / reviews. I think since the new update this product is absurd value for money.

Overall good launcher, but: you need quite the space behind you and aligning is not always that easy. Some balls are missed, but that is probably to be expected.
Some features like automatic replay when selected on my iPhone 15 Pro are just not working at all. That is a shame, it was the all idea about this product - having feedback on your moves…
I am not sure that have a solution to use these replay features, therefore I would not have bought this launcher if this was clear upfront.

The Rapsodo MLM2Pro is great. The video is incredible and enlightening. Seeing my swing from a side view, back view and the impact view helps me see what I'm doing wrong and has allowed me to correct several problems in my swing over the past 4 months.

The combine helps me work on different distances and provides a challanging way to proctice. But the best part of the MLM2Pro are the courses which enables playing about any course in the US and is a great way to practice.

The only two negatives are that the distances seem to be a club shorter than reality and you can't have multiple players on the cimulator. But for the price this is an incredible product and I'm really glad I bought it.

I’ve really enjoyed my MLM2PRO. It has helped me increase my swing speed 10 mph.

Just to be clear I am reviewing the item not the seller. In fact I would give a 5 start to the seller as even with a delay from the manufacturer he was very responsive on the phone and I would definitely recommend GolfBay. The item, Rapsodo is great for the price and give very accurate information when compared to GC-Quad and Trackman. The only issue is that it keeps disconnecting during the round. That’s specially annoying when you hit a good one. I do believe this is a software issue and they will release another update soon. I still think Rapsodo is the best launch monitor available below £1000. Let’s say 4,5 stars 😉

The only thing I don’t like is that u can only do one player simulator, if possible that needs to change.

For starters, this device is really reporting accurate data. All my clubs from wedge to driver are giving me my usual numbers, and the shot shape seems to be inline with what I’m hitting at the range.
OK I can practice and dial in my swing at home, this is awesome. But I’m not limited to just driving range practice; I can play my local course in the simulation and train the courses I know I’ll be playing in future - cool, I’m definitely going to be getting a leg up on the competition!

But here’s where it starts to get interesting: the impact camera, which is incredible! I could see I’m constantly miss striking my driver and I can see my irons aren’t following through cleanly. The MLM2PRO is really taking a magnifying glass to my swing and showing me things I would have had no idea about! Thanks Rapsodo for a magical product which didn’t break the bank!
